Brooke & Evan, Alabama, No.5

Brooke loved the idea of a wedding guestbook filled with pretty pages and pockets for their guests to write special messages & advice! I used a hardcover book with the perfect title, turned it into a binder, filled it with beautiful pages in their wedding colors, and loaded it with lots of interactive visual interest! It was so fun to create and Brooke was such a doll-bride!! These are the supplies I gathered for Brooke and Evan's guestbook. Brooke was so excited to share with me some of the special and inspiring things she had collected over time, and mailed me a sweet package to inspire me and asked me to choose a few pieces to include in the album :] It was refreshing for me to work with a new color palette and dream up how I was going to use some of these elements. I would never have thought to use this pin, and at first was like "oh oh"....but it ended up being one of my favorite parts of their guestbook :] These are some of my favorite parts and pages :) Enjoy... A few photos of Brooke and Evan added extra personality and were probably exciting for the wedding guests to see. Brooke emailed me the files & I edited & embellished them to suit the guestbook. This photo is at the end of the album and kinda brings it all together :) Mrs.Brooke wrote me the day after their wedding... (blush!) "Hey! Just a quick message before we leave for the mountains! I looooooove it! All the guests really liked it too! Although some were a little confused about the pockets..."Now where are we supposed to write?" ...lol We curled up on the couch last night when we got home, happily exhausted, and flipped through and read all of the sweet little notes!
