Old House Revival

This is one of my favorite places for inspiration in Winnipeg :) They let me take photos and I go into dreamland :] It's called Old House Revival and I found it thru Jill. Located at 324 Young St, the first floor is old things and building parts from torn down or remodeled character homes in Winnipeg, and the 2nd and 3rd floor is an antiques mall. Check out their blog here.

  1. It's really the home of weird vignettes - isn't it? I'm going to miss living there :-)

  6. What gorgeous photos and I am going insane over the stained glass over at their blog. You just made Winnipeg in February seem like an AWESOME idea (a huge feat for a Winterppeg)! Hmmm - driving distance from Ontario...calculating, calculating, calculating...

  7. Wow - I just gave Winnipeg an extra P. I guess that's what happens when you take away the extra N.

  8. That is super inspiring, I bet you could spend days in there!

Does anyone else wanna store scrapbook paper in that storage thing with the slanted drawers?

  10. First of all, was Keith having a good dance with himself, or some haunting spirits??? OH YOU, KEITH!!

I really like the slanted drawer cabinet, it would be hard to keep things organized though. The handles are SOOO nice. And the cabinet of cubbies would be good at the lake to keep hats, mitts, sand toys and little girls pink, muddy rubber boots organized. Reminds me of Kindergarten. :)

I do have to go back there someday soon.

    Love Momma
