FYI: There's a man fixing the carpet outside of my office window (in the Foyer)... he's wearing a tanktop...but due to his grizzlyness...he looks like he's wearing a "sweater" under his tanktop.

Updated: Sweater-TankTop is now in my office...and he keeps saying, SuperDuper. And his nose is whistling. Can you see the hidden smirk on my face? lol
