Subways got nothing on me with this sandwich. I created it long ago, and it's only getting better and better each time. And now that you're drooling, I wanna share the recipe :) (lol, i'm semi-domestic.)
Mega-Amazing Killer Bacon Filled Sandwich
Ingredients:
Sub Buns
Mayo
Pickles
Sliced Olives (Sicilian is nice)
Mad Chedda (Chedder Cheese) ...oh memories. you know what i mean if you're out there ;)
Lettuce
Tomato
Bacon (lots)
Shaved Turkey Breast (the kind with a flavored edge is super. I choose peppercorn)
Sub Sauce (I use Greek Salad Dressing)
Salt and Pepper
How To:
Put it all together.
- I practically krazy glued my fingers together today.
- Keith and I are addicted to the office. We've watched 4 seasons in 3 weeks. And we've choreographed a dance to go with the theme song. Kevin is my favorite character.
- Tom's official middle name is Lemonlaw. (inside joke)
Tom Lemonlaw ______.
hmmm, What is his last name? COMBO OP!
Lusty+Keffer=Kefty or Kusty or Leffy. Which one?
- Yes Keith's last name is Lusty. And yes he had a rat tail as a young boy. And yes, he also had a shaved head with bangs. All these things, people doubt.
- Time to get back to work. I've been up since 7am and it's been a very productive day :)
That sandwich looks scrumptious Leigh-Ann. Homemade is so much better than Mr. Sub. And I used to get many comments about my married name. Lusty is a fine old English name meaning strong and healthy.
ReplyDeleteOMG - if you got married you'd be Leigh-Ann Lusty. That's a really cool name.

ReplyDeleteYum, thanks for sharing. I love sandwiches and this one looks great. I'll have to try and create it in the near future.
ReplyDeleteAnd Leigh Ann Lusty sounds like the name of a good writer also. LOL I know you're not engaged or anything or I haven't read that. These things get started that way on the net.
Can't wait to see what you were productive with, hope it was going to be in the Etsy. :D
Have a great weekend.
