Keith and I went to "the Nook" for lunch. He always jokes about opening a competitor deli across the street called "the Cranny". And this is currently all we sing, sometimes making different words. I can't stop laughing when Keith sings it ;) 4,5.
I found so much good things thrifting! There is currently a couch sitting in my car :) I found some great glasses & mugs, a red tool box tray, new mailbox (bug free ;), 2 wire baskets, buttons, and vintage aprons :) Some of these will be for sale :)
The best find today... I've been looking for a good YEAR for this... AND I FOUND IT! Mom wanted a record player that is kinda in a suitcase? Hard to explain, I'll photograph it this weekend. But I called her at like 9am from VV squeeling, "MOM! I found it! And it's minty (thats such a Keith word) and it's woodgrain!! A RECORD PLAYYYYER!" I think it's going to the cabin :)
Plus! I was at a dive garage sale and found a new cell phone for Keith. It's likely hot. He lost his a few weeks ago. Looking forward to being able to call him randomly again :)
PS> Mom and Amanda (& my inner voice): Yes I know I don't need another couch, but this one is so superduper and it was a really good deal and it's going in the porch. And yes, I know that means I need to clean it ;)

ReplyDeleteI guess you're right you are going to clean the porch, and someone needs to get their stuff. I guess this will be a good weekend/monthly/yearly project, cleaning the porch I mean. And it's in your car, how big is it??? Keith you need to do something about this girl, I've tried for many years now its your turn.
