so...i used to be addicted to mcdonalds breakfast. daily, i would pull up to the thing where you order, and just say "hiiii, it's Leigh-Ann" ...and Darlene or Vicky (the window ladies who would always start my day with a smile) would say "hiiiii" (and Darlene would say "hiii Leigh-Anna")...and they would punch in my Sausage Mcmuffin meal with ketchup on it, with a medium coke and 7 ketchups in the bag.
They are they only reason I miss traveling to work everyday. In the lonely mornings of my divorce...they were usually the only people i talked to. And they're just so awesome.
So today, we're going to McDonalds for breakfast :]
ps. McDonald's coke is the best.

I am recently *addicted to a Sausage McMuffin with No Egg! I've looked in the couch cushions for the $1.08 before work some mornings. hehe

I absolutely love how something can mean so much more than it seems. I bet those ladies have no idea how they lifted your spirits when you were truly in need. I betcha you were a positive in their day too!

That is such a sweet post. I used to work in food service and a friendly customer like you would be such a ray of sunshine. I hope you enjoyed your Mickey D's breakfast today but I'm sure it won't compare to those mornings.
