This is my big fancy glue machine that I LOVE. But I ran into some problems with a batch of glue refills. I called Xyron to nicely let them know...and yesterday THREE GLUE REFILLS were on my doorstep!! That's INCREDIBLE customer service!!! and worth quite a lot of dough! THANKS XYRON!!!!
