I'm embracing my yellow obsession this week plus adding in my growing appreciation for gold to the mix (only some gold, not SJP amounts of gold). It's funny, when I'm in love with a color, it overflows from my cart at thrift stores and it's the only color I see when I'm out and about :) What's your favorite color?
Crochet class went well... I learned how to hold the needle, slip knot, chain stitch, single stitch and double stitch :) Holly was a great teacher and I'm already addicted to making rows of stitches (granny squares aren't my thing yet, feels overwhelming). I'm so excited to be a 'yarn girl' now... I've always loved it but didn't know what to do with it! Eeeeeeep :)
I found a thrifty gold bag for $5! I love it.

Welcome to the world of yellow. I absolutely adore yellow. It is one of those colors that tends to throw itself into my terrible days and brighten them if that makes sense.

ReplyDeletei love yellow! particular for shoes/flats so i can just wear a pair of black leggings, an oversized tee, one of my brass necklaces and my pair of yellow shoes makes the boring, slouched look a bit more special :)

I love the yellow stars! All that yellow is so pretty. My skin is so pale that I can't wear yellow, makes me look washed out but I have always loved the color!
